7. Profile
The Profile Management section in AeroMegh intelligence allows users to manage their personal details, subscription plans, team settings, and security preferences for advanced geospatial analysis. This section ensures a smooth user experience by providing easy access to all account-related settings in one place.
Accessing Profile Management
To access the Profile Management section:
- Click on
the Β Profile Icon located at the top-right corner of the AeroMegh intelligence dashboard. - Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- The Profile Management page will open, displaying different sections for managing account details.
Profile Management Sections
The Profile section in AeroMegh Intelligence provides users with central access to manage their account settings, personal details, subscription plan, security credentials, billing records, and team invitations for advanced geospatial analysis.
Located under the profile initials icon in the top-right corner of the screen, this section is organised into the following key tabs:

| 3. Upgrade Plan | Compare and switch to higher-tier plans based on your analysis needs. |

| 5. Change Password | Update your login password securely using standard security requirements. |
| 6. Invitations | Manage pending or accepted invitations to join project teams. |
Each of these sections is explained in detail in the subtopics that follow. Use these tools to maintain your account securely, manage access, and optimise your AeroMegh Intelligence experience.
7.1 My Profile
The My Profile section allows users to view and update their personal and address information for ai solutions for gis data. This includes your name, contact details, and location, ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date.

A. Personal Details
This section displays your basic account information.

To Edit Personal Details:
- Click the Edit button on the Personal Details card.
- Update the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number).
- Click Update to save changes, or Cancel to discard edits.
B. Address Details
The Address section stores your geographical information.

To Edit Address:
- Click the Edit button on the Address card.
- Update any of the available fields.
- Click Update to apply changes, or Cancel to revert.
Note: Keeping address details updated helps with accurate project metadata and administrative documentation.
Best Practices
- Use proper capitalisation for names and addresses for a clean display.
- Always verify your email and phone number for communication-related updates.
- For organisations using team accounts, ensure your location data aligns with project zones.
7.2 Subscription
The Subscriptions section helps you track your current AeroMegh Intelligence plan for ai solutions for gis data, monitor resource usage (processing and storage), and purchase additional credits as needed. This ensures uninterrupted access to analytics and detection workflows.

A. Current Plan
This section displays your active subscription plan along with a brief description of its benefits.
- Plan Name: e.g., Business
- Features Included: e.g., Includes advanced analytics
- Click the Upgrade button to explore higher-tier plans under the Upgrade Plan section.
- the Upgrade button allows you to switch to a higher-tier plan with increased processing and storage capacity.
B. Active Credits
Visual indicators show how much of your processing and storage credits have been used.

C. Purchase Image Processing Credits
Need more data? You can buy additional image processing credits directly from this section.

Click the Buy Credits link next to the desired plan to initiate the purchase.
Follow the on-screen buying procedure to complete your purchase securely. The system will guide you through payment and confirmation.
Purchased credits are automatically added to your Processing balance and are available for immediate use.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Purchase is processed through your linked billing account.
Best Practices
- Upgrade your plan if your projects regularly exceed available limits.
- Buy credits in bulk to optimise cost per GB for larger datasets.
- Track your usage monthly to forecast processing needs for upcoming drone missions or AI training jobs.
7.3 Upgrade Plan
The Upgrade Plan section allows you to explore and subscribe to a plan that matches your project requirements and geo analytics usage scale. AeroMegh Intelligence offers three plans with different storage limits, user access, and feature availability.

To Upgrade:
- Click Buy Now on your preferred plan.
- Select the billing cycle (Monthly/Annually).
- Follow the on-screen buying procedure to complete your purchase.

- Choose Pro for personal use or lightweight analysis.
- Choose Business for multi-user workflows and internal collaboration.
- Choose Enterprise for large-scale operations, APIs, and full access control.
7.4 Invoices
The Invoices section allows users to track, view, and download billing records for all subscription plans and purchased credits for geo analytics. It provides a complete history of transactions for accounting, audits, or internal documentation.

Invoice Table Overview
All past invoices are listed in a structured table format with the following fields:

How to View an Invoice
- Locate the invoice entry from the list.
- Click the View (ποΈ) icon at the right end of the row.
- A modal window opens with a detailed preview of the invoice including:
- Company details
- Billing breakdown
- Plan description
- Payment method (if applicable)
Use this feature to quickly review invoice contents without downloading.
How to Download an Invoice
- Locate the desired invoice in the list.
- Click the Download (β¬οΈ) icon.
- The invoice is saved locally in PDF format.
Recommended for reimbursement, tax filing, or audit records.

- Check the Status column to follow up on any unpaid invoices.
- Use the Download option to maintain digital backups.
- All invoices reflect the latest subscription and credit purchases linked to your account.
7.5 Change Password
The Change Password section allows you to securely update your AeroMegh Intelligence account credentials. This feature helps maintain account security and should be used periodically or whenever you suspect unauthorised access.

Password Update Fields
The screen contains three input fields:

| Current Password | Your existing password. |
| New Password | Your desired new password. |
| Confirm Password | Re-enter the new password for verification. |
Password Visibility
Each field has an eye icon (ποΈ) that toggles password visibility:
- Click the eye icon to view or hide the typed password.
- Helps verify password accuracy before submission.
Button Activation Logic
- The Change Password button remains disabled by default.
- It becomes active only after all three fields are filled.
If any field is empty, the button stays inactive to prevent incomplete submissions.
β Steps to Change Password
- Enter your current password.
- Type your new password (use a strong combination).
- Confirm your new password by retyping it in the third field.
- Once all fields are filled, the Change Password button will activate.
- Click Change Password to submit your request.
Success Confirmation
Upon successful password update:
- A confirmation dialog box appears stating:
“Password changed successfully.”
This ensures users know the action has been completed.
β Your password will be updated immediately!
Password Guidelines (Recommended)
- Use 8 or more characters.
- Include uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using previously used or common passwords.
Best Practices
- Change your password periodically to enhance security.
- Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.
- Use the visibility toggle to avoid typing errors.

Troubleshooting Tips
Β Forgot your current password?
- Use the Forgot Password? option on the login page to reset it.
Password change not working?
- Ensure both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields match exactly.
- Check if your password meets the security requirements.
Once successfully updated, use the new password for all future logins.

7.6 Invitations
The Invitations section displays a list of pending and accepted invitations to join teams or projects within the AeroMegh Intelligence platform. This allows users to collaborate with other organisations or departments by accepting shared access.

Invitation List Overview
Each row in the invitation table includes:

| Team Name | The name of the team or project you’ve been invited to. |
| Invited By | The name or organisation that sent the invitation. |
| Status | Indicates if the invitation is Pending or Accepted. |
| Date | The date on which the invitation was received. |
| Actions | Options to Accept Invite or Reject Invite via menu. |
β How to Accept an Invitation
- Find the invitation with the Pending status.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the row.
- Select Accept Invite from the dropdown options.
- Once accepted, the status updates to Accepted, and you will gain access to the corresponding team/project.
π‘ Accepting an invitation grants you visibility and access based on the role assigned by the inviter.
Β How to Reject an Invitation
- Open the three-dot menu for the relevant Pending invitation.
- Click Reject Invite.
- The invitation will be removed from your list and access will not be granted.
β οΈ Rejection is permanent. Youβll need to request a new invite from the sender if you change your mind later.
Best Practices
- Respond to pending invitations promptly to avoid delays in collaborative work.
- Verify the Team Name and Invited By fields before accepting.
- Contact the inviting party if you are unsure about the inviteβs purpose or access level.
