8. Teams
The Teams feature in AeroMegh Intelligence skylark drones alternative allows users to collaborate efficiently by managing team members, assigning roles, and controlling access permissions. It enables seamless coordination for project execution while ensuring secure data handling.
With Teams, users can:
- Create and manage teams.
- Invite members and assign specific roles.
- Control access to projects and resources.
- Switch between multiple teams easily.
8.1 Accessing Teams
To access the Teams section:
- Click the
Teams icon in the top-right corner of the screen. - The Teams Page will open, displaying a list of your existing teams.
- From here, you can create a new team or manage existing teams.
8.2 Create a Team
In AeroMegh Intelligence skylark drones alternative, the Teams feature helps you organise projects and user roles efficiently. Each team acts as a collaborative unit for better project management.
Step 1: Open the Teams Page
- Go to the top navigation bar and click on
Teams. - You will be directed to the Teams Dashboard, where all existing teams are shown in card view.
| ⚠️ Note: If no teams have been created yet, this page will appear empty, with only the (Create Team) button visible. |
Step 2: Click on “Create Team”
- On the Teams screen, click
(Create Team). - The Create New Team screen will appear.
Step 3: Enter Team Details
- On the Create New Team screen:
- Enter a Team Name (required).
- Team Name should be a maximum of 30 characters.
- Add a Description (optional).
- Enter a Team Name (required).
- Click on the “Create” button to proceed.
- ✅ A success message will appear: “Team Created Successfully”.
Step 4: View Your Team Card
- Once created, the new team will appear instantly on the Teams Dashboard in Card Layout .
- Each card displays the Team Name, Creation Date, and member icons.

8.3 Inviting Team Members
After creating a team for ai models for gis, use the Invite function to onboard members.
Step 1: Open the Team Card
- From the Teams Dashboard, locate your team.
- Click on the team card to open its management view.
Step 2: Invite Members
- Click the Invite button.
- In the Invite Members dialog:
- Enter the email ID of member.
- Enter Description (Optional).
- Click Invite when done to send the invitation to join the team.

8.4 Managing Teams
The Manage Teams feature in AeroMegh intelligence allows you to edit team details, manage members using ai models for gis, and delete teams when needed. Follow the steps below to modify or remove a team.
Edit Team Details
- On the Teams Dashboard, click the ⋮ menu next to the desired team.
- Select Edit.
3. In the Edit Team dialog:
- Modify the Team Name and/or Description.
- Click Update to save.
👥 Remove a Team Member
- In the team view, locate the member.
- Click the ⋮ menu beside their name.
- Select Delete Member.
- This will warn you “Are you sure you want to delete selected team member?”. Click “Yes” to confirm.
| ⚠️ Warning: Removed members lose access immediately and must be re-invited to regain access. |
Manage Invitations
- Delete Invitation: Click ⋮ > Delete Invitation next to a pending/rejected invite.
Delete a Team
- On the Teams Dashboard, click the ⋮ menu next to the team.
- Select Delete.
3. Confirm the deletion in the warning dialog.
4. Click on the “Yes” from the “Warning Are you sure you want to delete selected team(s)?” dialog.

8.5 Switch Team
AeroMegh intelligence picterra alternative allows you to switch between teams to access projects and detectors assigned to you based on your role. This feature ensures seamless collaboration across multiple teams within the platform.
When to Switch Teams?
You may need to switch teams in this picterra alternative when:
✅ You are a member of multiple teams and need access to different projects.
✅ Your role varies across teams, and you need to work accordingly.
✅ You want to manage detectors and reports available in a different team.
If you are part of multiple teams, AeroMegh Intelligence allows quick switching.
Step 1: Access the Switch Team Option
- Click your Profile icon on the top-right.
- Select Switch Team from the dropdown.
Step 2: Select a Team
- From the dropdown, select the desired team.
- A confirmation prompt appears:
- “Are you sure you want to switch to <Team Name>?”
- Click Yes to proceed.
Step 3: Switch to Main Account
To return to your personal workspace:
- Click Switch Team.
- Select Personal Account.
- Confirm the prompt to return.
| 📌 Note: Main Account contains your personal projects and detectors. |
Step 4: View Assigned Resources
After switching:
- You’ll only see projects and detectors assigned to you in the selected team.
- Your role (Owner, Manager, Operator, Viewer, Guest) is displayed beside each resource.
